Integration Potential for 2 models created by the Bretts: TetraMap & Emérgéntly

Yoshimi and Jon used the Emérgéntly Process to explore the potential synergy generated by integrating TetraMap and Emérgéntly. This took about 5 hours spread over 2 days.

Looking back at the process they noticed that completing the Feedback Phase helped to establish the sequence of actions that needed to happen. They also found they had a much clearer understanding of Purpose, which they reworded as the final step in the Process. The purpose of integration is to: Generate courage and trust in individual behavioural transformation to seed emergent, regenerative leaders, systems and futures.
